OLYMPIC POOL TURNS GREEN DUE TO LEAKED RUSSIAN SAMPLE
Water looks like Dulwich leisure centre at half term
SPECULATION IS MOUNTING this morning that the mysterious green ‘pollution’ in the Olympic diving pool in Rio has been caused by a leaked Russian drug sample.
After narrowly avoiding a complete ban on their athletes competing at the games, the Russian team are under intense scrutiny after state sponsored doping was discovered leading to several medals to be stripped from previous games.
Rumours are growing that, with all eyes on their team, the sneaky Russians are resorting to ever more desperate measures to avoid detection with ‘sample dumps’ placed throughout the complex with the newly recruited Zammo from Grange Hill providing logistical support.
This is said to have caused a broken athlete’s sample to leak into the pool causing the severe discolouration of the water and making it look like Dulwich Leisure Centre during half term week.
One member of the Russian squad said the level of suspicion on their team was almost too much to bear.
“The authorities are watching all the time. They’re worse than the KGB.”
